From Eisner-winning writer Chip Zdarsky (TIME WAITS, Captain America, Batman) and acclaimed artist Rachael Stott (Doctor Who, Star Trek), colored by Tamra Bonvillain and lettered by Ariana Maher, this disarming sci-fi romance follows two service-bound robots who defy their circuitry to foster newfound love as the United States and Canada escalate toward war.
When Chef-9 learns their fellow automaton Service-1 is set for decommissioning, they abandon their post in the White House pantry to flee with their companion through Washington, D.C., outrunning agents, drones, and their own rising emotions in a bid for freedom.
