Premier Pop C launched in 1989 as an online newsletter called MediaConnection. It covered movies, television, comic books, toys, games, and books. Readers received it through CompuServe, GEnie, and QuantumLink, later known as AOL.
The project quickly grew. MediaConnection expanded into a website, a print magazine, and a pop culture expo.
In the late 1990s, the print magazine and expos ended. The website continued to deliver pop culture coverage. In 2016, it rebranded as Premier Pop C.
Today, Premier Pop C is part of Exvadio Media. It contributes pop culture news to multiple Exvadio podcasts. It also continues daily coverage at PremierPopC.com.
In 2026, Premier Pop C will launch its own podcast. It will also expand its entertainment reporting.
The best is yet to come.
