UDON Entertainment has announced Elden Ring: Official Art Book Volume III, the next entry in its English-language art book line. The hardcover volume continues UDON’s partnership with Japanese publisher Kadokawa Game Linkage. It focuses on artwork from the DLC Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree and is scheduled for release in March 2026.
UDON has a long history with FromSoftware titles. Past releases include Elden Ring: Official Art Book Volumes I and II, Dark Souls Design Works I, II, and III, and Bloodborne Official Art Works.
Art from Shadow of the Erdtree
Volume III spotlights artwork created for Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, the award-winning expansion released in 2024. The DLC expands the game’s world and deepens its story. It is published by FromSoftware and Bandai Namco, directed by Hidetaka Miyazaki, with worldbuilding by George R. R. Martin.
Shadow of the Erdtree earned a 94 out of 100 score on Metacritic and won Best Game Expansion at the Golden Joystick Awards in 2024. According to PC Gamer Magazine, Elden Ring and its expansion rank among the best-selling games of all time.
A Dark and Detailed Collection
Like the first two volumes, Volume III features extensive concept art and development materials. The book highlights Shadow of the Erdtree’s ominous locations, striking enemies and bosses, and the weapons and armor used to face them. The collection includes illustrations, material designs, and other behind-the-scenes artwork that captures the intensity of the Realm of Shadow.
Elden Ring: Official Art Book Volume III arrives March 5, 2026. The book matches the earlier volumes with an 8.25 by 11.75-inch trim size, full-color printing, and 320 pages. The English edition contains the same content as the Japanese release.
UDON Entertainment will also release a new printing of the previously sold-out Elden Ring: Official Art Book Volume I this March.
