Disney’s 3D Tron: Legacy opened with $43.6 million topping a slow weekend despite heading into what the studios hopw will be a strong holiday season. Unusual stomrs around the country have kept moviegoers home for several weekends. Yogi Bear opened with $16.7 million to place No. 2. The CG/live-action hybrid had been expected to open at $20 million.
