The Gutters Moves To Print

The critically acclaimed web comic, The Gutters, by Blind Ferret Entertainment, which parodies the latest news in the comic book industry, will be available in print from Dynamite.  Volume One is an over-sized and glossy hardcover book containing the first sixty-six installments of the much-lauded strip.

The Absolute Ultimate Gutters Omnibus Volume One is the first printed collection of the wildly popular Gutters comic, which launched last year at www.the-gutters.com. Written by Ryan Sohmer (Least I Could Do, Looking For Group), The Gutters is a series of standalone pages that parody the comic book industry and the heroes and characters that dwell within.  Each page is penciled, inked and colored by a different artist, varying from the industry veterans to the newcomers.  With a cover by Darick Robertson (The Boys, Transmetropolitan) and a forward by Daniel Way (Deadpool, Wolverine), you won’t want to miss this!

“The folks at Dynamite have a great sense of humor and appreciated right from the start that all of our satire and parody comes from a love for the medium and the industry,” added Ryan Sohmer, writer of The Gutters, and VP Creative Director at Blind Ferret.  “I’m thrilled to be working with them on the first collection.”
