Captan America Winter SoldierSoon to hit the theaters is another action-packed adventure of one of Marvel’s super heroes. Following its success in 2011 when Captain America: The First Avenger was released, the new movie premiered in Los Angeles March 13.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier, a highly-anticipated blockbuster is set to break the record made in 2011, its plot  picks where “The Avengers” left off, as Steve Rogersstruggles to embrace his role in the modern world and teams up with Natasha Romanoff, A.K.A. Black Widow, to battle a powerful – yet shadowy enemy in present-day Washington, D.C.  The two team up with a new ally, The Falcon.  Captain America: The Winter Soldier has surprising twists and reveals that blur all lines between who’s a friend and who’s an enemy!

The  Story  starts  after  the  cataclysmic  events  in  New  York  with  The  Avengers,  Marvel’s  “Captain  America:  The  Winter  Soldier”  finds  Steve  Rogers,  aka  Captain  America,  living  quietly  in  Washington,  D.C.  and  trying  to  adjust  to  the  modern  world.  But  when  a  S.H.I.E.L.D.  colleague  comes  under  attack,  Steve  becomes  embroiled  in  a  web  of  intrigue  that  threatens  to  put  the  world  at  risk.  Joining  forces  with  the  Black  Widow,  Captain  America  struggles  to  expose  the  ever-widening  conspiracy  while  fighting  off  professional  assassins  sent  to  silence  him  at  every  turn.

Even as the movie is yet to hit the screens on its regular showing, Captain America 3 is already planned to be released by 2016. That is how much the producers are so sure of a box office success when Captain America is seen defending the earth in April 3 across GCC.

To give fans a little trivia, did you know that Chris Evans, playing Captain America who also played the same role in “The First Avenger”, originally declined the role three times before signing a six-picture deal with Marvel and before donning his Captain America costume back in 2011?  He said, “I can’t believe I was almost too chicken to play Captain America.” Now, with a promise of another blockbuster, who says “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” is anything but terrific?

As the star-spangled hero graces the silver screens again April 3, 2014, theaters are expected to be jam-packed by fans.
