Sony’s “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” kicked off the summer box office in style, earning $92 million in its debut. The superhero sequel didn’t break any records in North America but is off to a strong start around the globe, already earning nearly $370 million. The film follows the record setting “Captain America: Winter Soldier” to kick off a summer in which Marvel movies from Disney. Sony, and Fox, may rule the big screen.
