Legendary Pictures Launches Comic Imprint

Legendary Pictures is getting into the comic book business, creating a publishing imprint called Legendary Comics. The line, which is geared towards properties that can be adapted to the screen, , will be run by  veteran comic editor Bob Schreck who will serve as editor-in-chief.

Legendary Comics will publish four to six print graphic novels as well as digital comics.

Legendary Pictures is known for co-financing and co-producing many of Warner Bros.’ genre and comic-oriented movies, including 300, The Dark Knight and Clash of the Titans
