Juno Temple May be Three Musketeer’s Queen

Anderson_Three_Musketeers_CastJuno Temple, daughter of director Julien Temple, is now in talks to play the queen in Paul WS Anderson’s version of The Three Musketeers, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

If she comes on board, she would be joining other cast members Ray Stevenson as Porthos, Luke Evans as Athos, Matthew Macfayden as Aramis,  Christoph Waltz as Cardinal Richelieu, Mads Mikkelsen as Rochefort, Logan Lerman as the young D’Artagnon and Milla Jovovich as Milady De Winter.

This would be Temple’s biggest role to date. Though still relatively unknown, she has appeared in such films as Atonement, The Other Boleyn Girl and Greenberg with Ben Stiller.  The Three Musketeers would also reunite her with Jovovich, with whom she has just finished filming Dirty Girl.

Paul WS Anderson’s take on the classic Dumas tale starts shooting in September and will be shot in 3D.
