Skybound Tabletop announced the retail release of Invincible: Escape from Mars, the superhero deduction game based on the hit comic book series Invincible from Robert Kirkman, Corey Walker, and Ryan Ottley. Now in stores nationwide, including Barnes and Noble, Invincible: Escape from Mars is available just in time to accompany part 2 of the 100% Rotten Tomatoes scoring second season of the adult animated series on Prime Video.

Invincible: Escape From Mars

Designed by Whitney Loraine, Joshua Camden and Patrick Logan, Invincible: Escape from Mars is a social deduction game where 4-10 players join the Guardians of the Globe to ensure brave civilians make it home safe without dooming humanity by allowing Sequids to infiltrate the rocket. The objective is simple: find your teammates, get on the rocket, and escape from Mars. Players must be clever to discover who among them has been infected, as Sequid infection can happen to anyone at any time.

“We are thrilled to announce the launch of the first-ever Invincible tabletop game from Skybound,” said Garima Sharma, VP, Licensing & Partnerships at Skybound. “Invincible: Escape from Mars was created for the best fans in the universe, and we are eager for them to experience this game. This game is a great addition for your next game night, given it strong gameplay and mechanics.”

Created by Robert Kirkman and Cory Walker, Invincible #1 debuted to critical acclaim on January 22, 2003. Soon after, they were joined by artist and contributing creator Ryan Ottley. Throughout its fifteen-year run at Image Comics, Invincible continued for a historic 144-issues, spawning multiple spin-off series’. In 2021, the Invincible adult animated series arrived on Prime Video gaining praise for its fresh take on storytelling.  Part 1 of Invincible Season 2 debuted November 3, 2023, skyrocketing to Prime Video’s Top 10 shows to watch.
